Bake the puff pastry in a preheated oven until golden and crispy. Once baked, let it cool, then break it into medium-sized pieces.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, liquid cream, sugar, and ghee.
Stir gently until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot but not boiling.
Add the rose water, mix, then remove from heat.
In a baking dish, arrange the baked puff pastry pieces evenly and sprinkle the nuts and dried fruits over the top.
Pour the hot milk mixture over the pastry, making sure everything is well soaked.
Spread the whipped cream evenly over the surface, then sprinkle the brown sugar on top.
Place the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 15–20 minutes until the top is lightly golden. For a deeper color, switch to broil for 2–3 minutes until nicely caramelized.
Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, and serve warm.
