Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup homemade mayo
  • 2 tbsp cucumber pickles finely chopped
  • 1 egg boiled egg white
  • 1 tsp capers minced
  • 2 tbsp onion very finely minced
  • pinch salt
  • pinch white pepper
  • drizzle lemon juice

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chopped pickles, egg white, capers, and minced onion.
  2. Season with salt and white pepper.
  3. Add a small drizzle of lemon juice, then mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Refrigerate for a few minutes before serving for the best flavor.
