  • 2 cups white sugar

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch pan.

  4. Next, mix in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until smooth.
  5. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
